Our work

We've built and shipped a lot. Here's some of it.

Most of what we build sits inside client products we cannot attribute. These are the ones running in public under our own name — so instead of taking a claim on trust, you can open them, use them, and judge the engineering directly.

Shipped

Every project below is live, not a prototype or a mockup

Public

Shown here because we can link to them — most work we cannot

End to end

Design, build, deployment and the infrastructure under it

Checkable

Open any of them and judge the engineering yourself

A few of them, in detail.

Each covers what made it hard, how it was built and what it does today, with the live link at the top of every page. If you want to see work closer to your own problem, ask on the call — much of it is not on this page.

AI compliance platform

Sovereign

A self-hosted platform that audits contracts against GDPR, HIPAA and SOC 2 and returns cited, severity-ranked risk reports — with inference running on the customer's own GPUs, so no document leaves their network.

  • React
  • RAG / vector retrieval
  • LLM orchestration
  • Self-hosted inference

Real-time voice compliance agent

Second Chair

A voice agent built for three people in the room rather than two on a call. It tracks who is speaking, warns the professional privately in their earpiece when a rule is crossed, and stays silent the rest of the time.

  • Next.js
  • Real-time speech recognition
  • Speaker diarization
  • LLM rule evaluation

AI productivity platform

Montlify

One workspace holding 33+ AI tools for writing, research and chat, with the accounts, subscriptions and infrastructure needed to keep them all running.

  • React
  • LLM APIs
  • Streaming
  • Authentication

AI research extension

Overtone

A published Chrome extension that turns an earnings call you are already listening to into research you can defend: answers cited back to a timestamp, slide capture in the player, hedging analysis, and no claim without a source.

  • Chrome Extension MV3
  • JavaScript
  • Content scripts
  • Transcript retrieval

AI browser extension

Clip Insights

A published Chrome extension that turns YouTube into a study tool: timestamped screenshots, notes bound to the moment, summaries, key points and a chat that answers questions about the video you are watching.

  • Chrome Extension MV3
  • JavaScript
  • Content scripts
  • LLM summarisation

E-commerce platform

Agento Wear

A production storefront built from nothing: catalogue, guest checkout, payments, order processing, automated email and an admin dashboard the owner runs without an engineer on call.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • Supabase
  • Payments

Why most of our work isn't on this page.

A good deal of what this team has built sits inside products the client would rather not attribute to an outside team, and we will not put a logo on a page without permission. So the projects here are the ones we own outright and can link to — same engineers, same standards, and nothing between you and the running software.

On a call we will go through whichever work is closest to your problem, including the parts that are not published: the architecture, what we would do differently, and the bits that took three attempts.

What this shows

Products, not demos.

Whatever we show you, it had to survive the parts that never appear in a prototype. That is the bar across all of our work, not just the projects on this page.

They have users

Accounts, subscriptions, quotas, checkout, an extension through store review. The unglamorous half that decides whether software is a product or a demo.

They handle real constraints

A latency budget, an inference bill, a privacy requirement that rules out hosted models, a store owner who is not technical. Each one shaped the architecture.

They are maintained

Deployed, monitored and still running. Anyone can build something that works once; the interesting question is what it takes to keep it up.

The same engineers are available to embed in your team or to build your project end to end.
