Not a way to get the published rates lowered on a standard engagement. It is for work the standard shapes do not describe.
All rates are in USD and include employment costs, equipment, management, independent code review and our replacement guarantee. Rates hold for twelve months from the start of an engagement.

Part-time engineers, a short piece of work, a long build, an unusual mix of disciplines — or a number you have to stay under. We quote in writing within two business days, and scoping costs nothing. If the budget will not buy what you need, we will say that instead of shaving the team to fit.
You describe the gap. We tell you which discipline it actually is — that answer changes about a third of the time — and whether we have the person.

Your process, your bar, your rejection. We do not present anyone we would not hire ourselves, and the engineer who interviews is the engineer who ships.

They join your standups and open real pull requests. Stop inside the trial for any reason and the engagement ends there.

Monthly rolling from there. A senior lead reviews their work independently of you, and we tell you before you have to ask.

Which package is right for us?
Work you want delivered, with nobody on your side to manage it: Project Build. One or two gaps in an existing team: Embedded Engineer. A whole surface nobody owns: Dedicated Pod. A dated AI commitment: Build Sprint. Infrastructure that needs a senior but not a full-timer: Platform Retainer. If you are between two, book the call and we will say which — including when the answer is neither.
Can you take a project rather than supply people?
Yes — that is the Project Build model, and it is a fixed scope at a fixed price with a date agreed before you commit. Scoping is free and the scope document is yours whether or not you go ahead. See the solutions page for what we build and how a project runs.
Can we mix disciplines inside one engagement?
Yes, and most pods do. A typical four-person pod is two backend, one data and one platform engineer, with AI capacity added for a defined stretch of work.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly rolling on Embedded and Retainer with 30 days' notice; quarterly on Pods with 60 days. Sprints are fixed scope and fixed price. Every engagement opens with a two-week paid trial you can end without further obligation.
How do you handle invoicing and payment?
Monthly in arrears in USD, by bank transfer, net 15. One invoice a month covering everything in the engagement — no separate management, recruitment or platform charges.
Do you take equity or discount for it?
No. Cash rates only. It keeps the relationship simple and means we have no reason to argue for a bigger engagement than you need.
What is not on this list?
We do not do fixed-price full product builds against a specification, staff QA-only teams, or take on projects where our engineers cannot talk to your engineers. Each of those fails in ways we cannot fix from Lahore.
