Sometimes a project isn't the answer.
If you have engineers who can review the work and a roadmap that keeps moving, adding people to your own team beats buying an outcome. We will say so on the call.

Many clients use both: a project to get the first version built, then an embedded engineer to own it afterwards — usually one of the engineers who built it.
Questions about project work.
Do you work fixed price or time and materials?
Fixed price wherever the scope can hold — you get a number and a date before you commit, and scope changes are priced as they arise rather than absorbed quietly. Where the shape of the work is genuinely still moving, a dedicated pod on a monthly term is more honest and usually cheaper than a fixed price padded for risk.
How small a project will you take?
Around $9,500 is where a fixed-scope project starts to make sense for both sides. Below that the scoping and handover overhead eats the value, and you are better served by a few weeks of an embedded engineer. If your budget is fixed, tell us the number on the call and we will say honestly what it buys.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything is written in your repositories and deployed to your cloud accounts. There is no Avexo platform, no licence and nothing to migrate off when we finish.
What happens after you deliver?
Thirty days of warranty support is included — anything that does not work as scoped, we fix. After that you can take it in-house with the handover we provide, keep us on a monthly retainer, or move an engineer into your team to own it.
Can you work with our existing codebase and stack?
Yes, and most project work is exactly that. We read what is there and match its conventions before proposing changes to them. We do not open with a rewrite recommendation.
Can we hire the engineers who built it afterwards?
Often the best outcome. The engineers who built your project can move into your team as embedded staff, so nothing is lost in a handover to strangers.
