We run two shifts — 13:00–22:00 PKT for East Coast teams, 18:00–03:00 for West Coast — because Pakistan sits exactly twelve hours from Pacific time and no single day covers both. Four hours is the contractual floor; most engagements get six or more.

The engineers are the same people either way; only the arrangement changes.

Cost of living, not skill. A senior engineer in Lahore lives well on a fraction of a Bay Area salary. The real catch is timezone and communication, which is exactly what we have engineered around — a shifted working day, written status, and English-fluent engineers who speak to your team directly rather than through an account manager.
Individual engineers run $4,500–$8,300 a month full-time depending on discipline and seniority, and a managed pod of four with a lead starts at $15,500 a month. Fixed-scope projects start around $9,500. Published rates sit on each discipline page — and if your work does not fit them, tell us your budget and we will quote against it.
