Capabilities in one extension, from capture to export

Published through Chrome's Manifest V3 review

What made it hard

A two-hour lecture leaves you with nothing you can search. This had to live inside YouTube's own page without fighting it, capture whatever the viewer marks, and answer questions about a transcript it has to fetch and hold itself — all within the constraints Chrome puts on an extension.

How it was built

  1. 01

    Capture inside someone else's page

A content script overlaying YouTube without breaking its player, taking screenshots stamped with the exact timestamp they came from.

  2. 02

    Notes bound to the moment

Every note attaches to a frame and a time, so the export reads as a document rather than a folder of unlabelled images.

  3. 03

    Summaries and key points

Transcript retrieval and summarisation, with key-point extraction that stays anchored to timestamps so a claim can be traced back to where it was said.

  4. 04

    Chat with the video

A question-answering layer over the transcript, so a viewer can ask instead of scrubbing back through an hour of playback.

  5. 05

    Export worth keeping

Screenshots, timestamps and notes rendered client-side into a PDF, which is the artefact most users actually wanted from the beginning.

What it does

  • Timestamped screenshots
  • Notes on any frame
  • Instant summaries
  • Key-point extraction
  • Interactive video chat
  • PDF export

AI compliance platform

Sovereign

A self-hosted platform that audits contracts against GDPR, HIPAA and SOC 2 and returns cited, severity-ranked risk reports — with inference running on the customer's own GPUs, so no document leaves their network.

  • React
  • RAG / vector retrieval
  • LLM orchestration
  • Self-hosted inference

Real-time voice compliance agent

Second Chair

A voice agent built for three people in the room rather than two on a call. It tracks who is speaking, warns the professional privately in their earpiece when a rule is crossed, and stays silent the rest of the time.

  • Next.js
  • Real-time speech recognition
  • Speaker diarization
  • LLM rule evaluation

Have something like this in mind?

A short call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a date. Scoping costs nothing and the document is yours either way.
